consultation to meet your needs and budget or a comprehensive assessment
with detailed written report of recommendations.
Full Home Staging Services ~ We customize these services to meet your needs
and budget. We complete an on-site assessment of the property and develop a
plan to prepare the house for sale. We return to your home prepared to do the
hands-on completion of actual staging services, including the provision of
necessary furniture and accessories.
Realtor Listing Consultations ~ A special service designed and priced for Realtors wanting to add professional staging services to the listing package you offer your clients. This service includes up to 3 hours of staging or consultation and a follow-up with your client to assist with their staging efforts.
Home Improvement Consultations ~ These consultations are focused on discussion and
recommendations having to do with maintenance, repair, redecorating and remodeling with the intent of reselling the property. The intent is to make the property more marketable and to appeal to a broad range of home buyers. We partner with a local contractor to help you with needed repairs and improvements.

functionality or aesthetics of their home without spending a fortune to do it. This service is perfect for those wanting to create a new look to a space, sensibly and affordably. We provide design expertise and quick turnaround, room makeover services to help clients use their space and their own belongings in new and creative ways.
